100th Anniversary of the Anglo-Swiss

The year 2025 marks significant anniversaries for both the BUSC and SAS. It is the 100th anniversary of the Anglo-Swiss Race, a special event sandwiched between the SAS Jubilee in 2024 and the BUSC Centenary in 2026. We aim to celebrate this remarkable centenary in St. Moritz and encourage as many members as possible to join the celebration.

To facilitate the organisation of the event, we will provide comprehensive information early on and offer pre-registration options. The festivities will take place from Thursday, January 30th, 2025, to Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, so please mark these dates in your calendars.

While the events will be hosted at the Badrutt's Palace Hotel and partner venues in St. Moritz, attendees are at liberty to choose their accommodation wherever they please. To assist our BUSC and SAS members, we have arranged special Anglo-Swiss deals to meet every budget at the Badrutt's Palace Hotel, Hotel Laudinella / Reine Victoria, Hotel Steffani, Hotel Hauser, Hotel Soldanella, and the St Moritz Youth Hostel.

Additionally, attendees can choose to join all event dinners, which will be held at exclusive St. Moritz locations including the Badrutt's Palace Embassy Ballroom for the Official Closing Dinner. Ticket prices and links for purchasing tickets will be announced soon.

Please note that while the BUSC and SAS act as the conduit for purchasing event tickets, ticket purchases ultimately lead to a contract between attendees and the Badrutt's Palace Hotel and its partner venues, subject to their booking and cancellation policies. Similarly, for accommodation booking, priority booking and, in some cases, preferential rates have been arranged, but the booking contract and logistics will be between attendees and the respective hotels.
